The Process
- Place an advertisement internally and externally.
- Send out company information, application pack and job descriptions.
- Have access to an established recruitment database to provide a wide choice of candidates. Negotiate a Service Level Agreement with the client.
- Application forms or CVs would be sent to us; the client would not be involved in the initial selection process.
- Pre screen and 1st interview all candidates. The interview will be a competency based interview, an ability test could be carried out at the client's request. Provide the candidate with company information, a history of the company, how the company benefits operate and general information of the job role. We will also determine whether the candidate's personality would 'fit' with the culture of the organisation.
- We can arrange specific client requirements, such as working outside usual hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Shortlist candidates for client interviews.
- Send all the details of the candidate along with the response report.
- Arrange second interviews for the client

After Care Service
As an external resource, we would offer a confidential service and follow the progress of the individual over a period of six months. We would determine whether they were happy and ensure they will stay in their new roles. We would report all concerns to the client.
