- One main point of contact for all external recruitment.
- To forge a strong working relationship with the client to ensure continued and repeat business.
- To ensure that appropriate SLAs are drawn up between the client, Radius Recruitment & it's subsidiary suppliers.
- To manage the client's existing suppliers in line with PSL agreements.
- To ensure that the total service offering from.
- Radius Recruitment negotiated & agreed with the client is in line with Radius Recruitment capabilities and therefore deliverable.
- To ensure that the final service is documented and agreed upon by both parties.
- To deliver a professional and cost effective service to the client through providing innovative and effective solutions to staffing needs.
- Provide a fully integrated & dedicated on site or off site either team/individual capable of delivering the service outlined by the client and maximising Radius Recruitment opportunities for increased business.
- Ensure client deliverables are met in order to accommodate and facilitate the on site team/individual.
- Develop measures to monitor performance of the service provided and customer satisfaction.
- Reduce administration processes.
- Administer invoicing/Consolidated invoicing.
- Standardised contracts for all contract and temporary staff.
- Manage reporting and statistics.
